Next decision: launch viability

With operations mapped out, step back and sanity check whether the whole launch is worth funding.

Did this help you figure out when to reorder inventory?

How it works

The reorder point is calculated as your daily sales multiplied by (lead time + safety days). This ensures you have enough stock to cover the period between placing an order and receiving it, plus a buffer for unexpected demand or delays.

The recommended order quantity is calculated to provide approximately 30 days of stock after the lead time and safety buffer are covered. If your supplier has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), the calculator will adjust accordingly.
